    HUMAN RESOURCES WORKSHOP: ACHIEVING A SOUND RETIREMENT Beckman Institute auditorium 12:00 PM -01:00 PM
    A representative from Fidelity Investments will lead a workshop on the importance of planning for retirement and the necessary steps for creating a financial plan. This session is intended for participants who are between five and 10 years from retirement. All Caltech personnel are welcome.

    LABORATORY SAFETY 101 118 Keith Spalding Building 03:00 PM -04:00 PM
    This course is designed to prepare incoming researchers to work in a laboratory at the Institute. Issues that will be addressed include laboratory organization, emergencies, injuries, general laboratory safety, and more.     WEDNESDAYS IN THE PARK Tournament Park 10:00 AM -12:00 PM
    Every Wednesday morning, parents and caregivers gather for conversation and coffee as children (infant through school age) enjoy playtime and snacks. Stop by to learn more about the area and share practical information about services and activities available for families, and make new friends from around the world. Rain location: Brown Gym.
